　　In response to Shaanxi Province’s notification that two tourists who were positive for nucleic acid testing had visited Zhangye City, Jiuquan City (Jinta County) and Jiayuguan City in our province, Chengguan District formulated and issued an emergency notice and an announcement on the control of touching, requiring relevant personnel to take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing in various medical and health institutions after seeing the announcement.

　　At 15: 58 on October 18th, the Second People’s Hospital of Gansu Province reported that the results of a 10: 1 Covid-19 mixed inspection tube in the hospital were positive, and immediately transferred 10 subjects to pulmonary hospital, Lanzhou City for isolation control and single-tube nucleic acid detection, and the nucleic acid test of Zhang (case 1) was positive after review by Gansu Province and Lanzhou City CDC. At present, comprehensive investigation and tracking control has been carried out on Zhang’s secret connection, sub-secret connection personnel and risk monitoring personnel. Four people traveling with Zhang and one close contact of Zhang all tested positive for nucleic acid.

　　Cases 1 to 5 all had the history of living in Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia, and had dinner with the Shanghai positive case tour group diagnosed in Shaanxi in Tongnan Pavilion on the same day.

　　After the positive cases were found, the leaders of the municipal party committee and government attached great importance to it. The main leaders of the district party committee and government immediately went to the scene to command and dispatch, and the leading group for joint prevention and control of epidemic situation in Chengguan District immediately launched emergency response, carried out personnel investigation, close communication and nucleic acid detection, and deployed the next prevention and control measures. Relevant departments and related streets have carried out comprehensive work such as mopping, control, nucleic acid detection and environmental disinfection, and all six positive cases have been sent to designated hospitals for treatment.

　　The first is to quickly carry out flow investigation. As of 4: 00 on October 19th, 114 close contacts of Zhang have been tracked in the whole region, including 82 in our region and 32 in other counties and districts, all of which were transferred to local investigation. Twelve people have been tracked down, including 7 people in our district and 5 people in other counties, all of whom were transferred to the local investigation.

According to the case tracking information, the whole region highlighted the key points and implemented them at different levels, and carried out nucleic acid detection and investigation. Emergency sampling sites were set up in Yun Xiang Community and Tianqing Lishe to conduct nucleic acid detection for risk personnel.
