Previously, China has already achieved mutual visa exemption with Thailand and Malaysia. Many travel agencies in Guangxi have taken a fancy to this and plan to launch tourism products such as Xinmatai and Xinmatai around Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. It is expected that the upsurge of traveling will gradually heat up during the Spring Festival.

However, although direct flights save time, the number of flights is relatively small. According to the introduction of Nanning Wuxu International Airport, at present, the direct flight from Nanning to Singapore is operated by Singapore Scoot Airlines, and it is planned to carry out three round trips every week.

Therefore, some transit flights that take a short time are favored by passengers. According to Xiao Sanyun, deputy manager of the sales department of Shenzhen Airlines Nanning Branch, passengers departing from Nanning tend to choose connecting flights via Shenzhen. They take off from Nanning at 7: 25 in the morning, arrive in Shenzhen at 8: 50, and then take off from Shenzhen to Singapore at 11: 50. The transit time in Shenzhen is only three hours, which is very fast. "Passengers who buy a joint ticket can go through the check-in procedures when they leave Nanning, and their luggage is direct, that is, passengers do not need to re-check their luggage during transit, which can save time and worry."
