It has rich theoretical connotation and practical value, and is of great guiding significance to the development direction of the world’s Internet technology, the reform of the global governance system of the Internet, and the construction process of the network society. It can be deeply understood from five key words in combination with the characteristics of network technology and people’s network practice activities.

General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out that the Internet has truly turned the world into a global village and made the international community more and more a community of destiny with you and me. At present, human beings are "migrating" to cyberspace at an unprecedented scale and speed, forming the largest gathering in history, building a community of destiny in cyberspace, and at the same time accelerating the formation of a community of human destiny. Standing in the Internet age, when we try to figure out the view that "the world is universally connected" again, we should have a more stereoscopic and intuitive understanding and feeling. Netizens are similar to transistors. The more the number, the faster the interaction and the tighter the connection, the stronger the performance of this "integrated circuit" of human society will be. With the help of the Internet and access terminals, any two people on the earth can establish a stable and continuous connection, and groups of any size can have complicated interactions. The globalization of interpersonal interaction promotes the globalization process of various countries and economies, and it is unstoppable to build a community of human destiny.

Just as countless workers were summoned from the underground in the industrial age, numerous "self-media" and information have emerged. The interactive objects, channels, carriers and environments that people can choose become diverse. They can not only keep social stickiness with acquaintances, but also socialize with countless strangers at almost zero cost. They can also interact deeply with machines, programs and virtual things, and their autonomy and diversity of communication are enhanced.

In the fight against COVID-19 epidemic, floods, typhoons, earthquakes, fires and other major emergencies and various public welfare activities, people spontaneously organized rescue teams, propaganda teams, medical teams, transport teams and volunteer teams through the Internet, which fully reflected the strong social organization, mobilization, mutual assistance and execution of self-organization, temporary organizations and online communities, which strongly promoted the "social governance community with everyone’s responsibility, everyone’s responsibility and everyone’s enjoyment". From the perspective of business model, the high-speed, massive and long-distance exchange of data and information provides important support for people in different time zones and countries to relay R&D and production tasks. "Pratt & Whitney" is one of the basic ideas pursued by the fathers of the Internet. Tim Berners Lee made the great invention of the World Wide Web public for free, and gave up the opportunity to become the richest man in the world, which in itself showed the valuable spirit of Internet sharing. Their original intention of inventing and promoting network technology is not to serve specific fields or special people, but to establish a new information exchange system with lasting stability, wide coverage, high fidelity and high frequency interaction.
